Mr. Vinod Batra
Vice President-Operation
With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations and plant management, Mr. Vinod Batra leads the operational ecosystem across SAN Automotive’s Pali manufacturing facilities. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, he oversees core functions including production, quality systems, customer audits, plant maintenance, operational excellence, and overall manufacturing coordination.
His role extends beyond day-to-day operations into continuous plant improvement, capability enhancement, systems upgradation, and future facility development initiatives. He plays a key role in strengthening process stability, manufacturing efficiency, and customer confidence across SAN’s multi-program production environment.
Known for his disciplined operational approach and deep manufacturing expertise, Mr. Batra contributes significantly to SAN Automotive’s ability to deliver precision, consistency, and scalable execution across demanding mobility and industrial applications.
