Infrastructure

With the prime focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery, SAN Automotive has established a meticulously planned manufacturing set-up. All manufacturing units have essential auxiliary equipment such as CNC Press Brake and CNC Fiber Laser Machines from AMADA required for high precision sheet metal stamping and laser cut bend metal parts.

Pressing & Forming

We have sprawling press lines of highly accurate power presses with a capacity up to 500 tons procured from globally renowned brands. These press lines capacitate us to work upon varied tool sizes and components.

In totality, we have more than 260 Presses which allow us to process the material for diverse and challenging applications.

We are capable of conducting blanking, piercing, bending, and deep drawing operations in our Pressing and Forming shop.

Fabrication

Sheet metal fabrication is an umbrella term for a group of processes that use sheet metal to build machines and structures. We have a special set of tools and equipment that a high-quality sheet metal fabrication relies upon. To carry out processes, right from cutting, forming, to joining, we have CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines that are programmed to perform specific tasks and achieve the exact specifications required for metal parts by laser cutting and other technologies.

Welding & Assembly

We have a dedicated automated welding and assembly shop to meet the prerequisites of all welding assembly requirements. We deploy welding techniques involving MIG Welding, Robotic welding, Spot welding & Projection welding based on the specific requirements.

Powder Coating

Powder Coating

We have a fully conveyorized Powder Coating & Paint Shop facility for phosphating and dip/spray painting of parts to provide high-quality and durable paint finishes for a comprehensive range of materials as well as products.

Plating

We have ultra-advanced plating (CR3) facilities of Anodizing, Copper Plating, Chrome Plating, Bright Brass Plating, Bright Gold Plating, Hard Anodizing, Lead Plating, Nickel Plating, Passivation, Silver Plating, Tri Nickel Chrome Plating, and Zinc Plating. All the plating jobs are carried out as per the customer’s specific requirements.
